Kai enters his mother's quarters and takes an actual look around since the last time he was here which was a couple hours ago he only saw the master bedroom and the private bathroom with in it.

Satisfied with the place Kai begins making planning out how to put the place to better use not wanting it to just sit here collecting dust.
"Hm, this could be the prefect place for me to develop myself more without constantly being looked at with mistrust from those damn bastards in Soul Society and being forced to always hold back while training so that I barely reveal any of my abilities."
Kai then walks into to the kitchen to see what it has to eat in it. Soon he pretty much realizes there is nothing to eat in it.
"Looks like I'll have to make several trips to the world of the living and Soul Society for the supplies I'll need to ready this place for what I have in mind for it as well as restocked the kitchen."
Kai then opens a garanta portal and steps thru it with the portal closing behind him.
