Kai feeling somewhat refreshed tho still bone tired made sure not to show it as he walked out on to the field to await the rest of the squad getting there having decided to train the men for Soifon since her fat lazy slob of a second seat won't do his job. Our favorite Kurosaki does not yet know Soifon had stepped down as captain.

After waiting for half an hour for the men(men and women of the squad) and they still haven't reached the training ground yet, Kai decided that a light run thru of his usual training would do his strain and tired body some good allowing himself to loosen up and wake up more.
Kai moves into the horse stance of one of his many styles closing his eyes falling into a meditative trance. Deep within his trance the young Kurosaki becomes one with his surroundings allowing the energies of all around into his body with each breathe he took before returning some of it back as he exhaled. Getting in tuned with the flow of energy around him the young Kurosaki begins moving through the different sets of katas of each of his fighting styles with such an enchanting grace that it began looking more of an elegant dance than katas.

Upon finishing his katas after two hours has passed and the men still haven't shown up, Kai decides to forget training them for now and go for a walk around the Seireitei and gather more spirit energy and maybe get some secret intel on the other squads and its members. With that thought in mind Kai's figure suddenly blurs out of Squad 2 Barracks.

Upon arriving back to the training grounds Kai finds that it is still empty which he finds odd but welcomes it nonetheless.
